Where can I add the name and mail of the emails sender?

You should go at Appearance > Customize > Email Settings and use the Postmaster Name and Postmaster Email fields to add the name and email that will be used for the emails sent. Your email header will look like this: “From: Postmaster Name <Postmaster Email>”.
