How can I change the supporters avatars?

You need to go at Settings > Discussion > Default Avatar to choose what type of avatars you wish to display for supporters. You can also choose not to display avatars. For an image to be displayed, you need to use Gravatars and an image to be assigned to the supporter's Gravatar account.
