You should go at Appearance > Customize > Petition Settings > Petition Needed Counter. Use this field to enter the text that will appear in the Petitioners Needed Counter banner, above the progress bar. NOTE: You can use special strings such as: {{NEEDED}} – Petitioners Needed, {{TOTAL}} – Total Petitioners.
