How can I remove the tagline bar, above the navigation?

Step 1: Go to Appearance > Customize > Header > Side Title & Taglines

Step 2: Remove the content in both Tagline and Right Tagline fields. If you leave both taglines empty, the bar above the navigation will disappear.
